Fees are based on time delivering care. 

This includes in-person visits, telehealth, telephone, care coordination, and team meetings.

INSURANCE

Dr. Hartman is not an in-network provider with insurance companies.  This allows her to spend the time needed to provide direct patient care. 

 

We can provide you with a Superbill (a list of services received and diagnostic codes) to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

 

Labs, EKG and imaging studies will be billed directly to your insurance by the laboratory or imaging center.
